No, at this time I only provide counselling services in office or online. Personal training services are offered at 5 gym locations in Windsor-Essex county.
At this time the main program is run at the Maedel Community Centre in Essex.
However, I can modify the program and bring it to your organization or group. Please inquire with me for more details if this is something that would interest you or your organization.
I accept debit and credit cards online as well as in person.
Payments online and in person are processed using Square.
